Risk Manager with over 18 years of Risk Management experience, currently as the Risk Manager for the Trinity River Authority of Texas, previously the Risk Manager for the City of Arlington and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. His career in Risk Management began as a Safety Officer where he worked as a Unit Risk Manager for more than seven years at two different correctional facilities with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice before being promoted to the agency Risk Manager. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and his Master’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University. He has his professional designation as a Certified Risk Manager (CRM).
