I have been employed by Forsyth County Board of Commissioners since May 2007 where I currently serve as the Risk & Safety Manager. I have over ten years work experience in local government with an emphasis in Safety, Risk Management, and Human Resources. Prior to joining local government I held positions in Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources with two different Fortune 500 Companies. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of North Georgia and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Brenau University in Gainesville, GA. I obtained professional certification in Project & Program Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ. I am an active member of the Georgia Chapter of the Public Risk Management Association and have served on the Board of Directors and held leadership positions of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. Away from work I am active in my church, community, and enjoy spending time with friends and family.
