Carleen Patterson of Alliant Insurance Services gave a good talk on total cost of risk (TCOR) at Prima Institute 2022, but her time to deliver was a bit short. I would love to see a longer "repeat" of her presentation if it could be arranged to invite her to give a webinar. I feel sure she could give an hour's worth of good information.
In particular, I found her case studies interesting. She had to run through them quickly, so I was challenged to digest what she was saying. She was presenting different scenarios of decision making in terms of how the options would impact the bottom line.
