I am the Safety and Risk Manager for the City of Midland, a position I've held since March 1, 2013. I hold the Certified Risk Manager designation, as well as the Texas Department of Insurance Risk Manager License and All Lines Adjuster License. My educational background includes corporate law, public administration and leadership, and accounting. Some of my duties in this role include general liability claims management, subrogation handling, implementation of a training program for operational areas, administration of general liability and property coverage, and construction project management. My main function at the City of Midland is serving as a resource for every other employee, division, and department within the entity, and the citizens of Midland.
